Shirley
Valentine
By Willy Russell
Directed by Frank Malle
Jan 29 - Feb 27
One-character play
about a Liverpool housewife who finds herself in a rut
regularly talking to the wall while preparing her husband's
chips and egg. When her best friend wins a trip-for-two
to Greece, she packs her bags without a second thought,
leaves a note on the kitchen table, and heads for a
fortnight of rest and relaxation. What she finds is
romance and a new awareness of who she is and what her
existence can be with just a little effort on her part.

Other People's Money
By Jerry Sterner
|
Directed by Steve Grumette
Aug 13 - Sept 11
This is really a romantic
comedy … honest! The plot follows "Larry
the Liquidater," a corporate raider who aims at
taking over a small town's biggest business run by an
old codger. Yet Larry meets Kate, the codger's
stepdaughter, and he has to decide if he lusts after
Kate more than the money. Written by Jerry Sterner and
directed by Steve Grumette, this timely topic ends with
a dramatic debate at the share-holder's meeting.
